How do I find the right size for my bracelet?

If the sizing isn't right with your first order, we'll happily advise you further and exchange the strap for the right size.

Our size guide will recommend a size for you according to your wrist measurements. Basically, the clasp of your bracelet should rest in the middle on top of your wrist and leave about a fingertip of space. Of course this is only for orientation, your personal comfort level is the main factor.

How can I shorten or lengthen my TORQE bracelet?

You cannot – once the strap is anchored with the north- and southpole, there's no technical way to change the size. However, if it's a new bracelet/strap, you can always exchange it for a different size.

Can I put together my own bracelet? (Clasp and strap colour)

We've put a lot of effort into our designs along with colour choices and materials. Gathering all the materials and creating a coherent product takes in many different factors that can't be changed within a short amount of time. An individual choice of clasp and strap color is therefore not possible.

We're very sorry if we didn't meet any of your preferences with our current collection, but are always thankful for feedback and food for thought. TORQE is still a growing brand and who knows what the future holds.

What is the best way to care for my TORQE bracelet?

With your TORQE bracelet, you'll receive a detailed instruction manual regarding the maintenance and care.

Can my TORQE bracelet rust?

You don't have to worry about your TORQE bracelet rusting in any way. All the metal parts are made from stainless steal – which simply can't rust.

However, if any rust should appear, it'll only be on the surface. Rust comes from quartz sand or small particles that are attracted to the magnets. Dry it well, then add a few drops of the metal care oil onto the clasp and rub it over the sides and the inside.

Can I order individual parts separately?

There is no option to simply reorder individual parts of your TORQE bracelet. If something is wrong with your bracelet, simply contact our customer service - we'll of course help you further.

Can I lose my TORQE bracelet?

The chance of losing your TORQE bracelet is close to zero – at least when wearing it on your wrist. The patented clasp with a combination of magnetic force and a specially developed thread is meant to keep everything in place and to prevent it from opening unnoticed.

What's the difference between the three models?

The only difference between our models AEROALPIN and SCUBA is the design. The basic components and function are identical. Each bracelet is custom-made in the TORQE workshop for a perfect fit.

What do I do if my clasp no longer opens/closes properly?

Before opening or closing the clasp, make sure that your fingers are dry and free of grease and oil.

If it happens that the Crown is too tight and you cannot get it open, ask someone for assistance. Otherwise, undo the bracelet by loosening the locking screws and contact us.

Is the bracelet waterproof?

The clasp of your TORQE bracelet is 100% waterproof as well as the straps made of sailing rope. This combination you can wear in all types of water and clean it with some soapy water.

However, the straps made from leather are not meant to go for a swim. We recommend taking it off before getting in contact with water or any heavy physical activities.

SHIPPING & PAYMENT

How does shipping work?

From the moment you placed your order until it arrives at your door, you can track every step of the manufacturing process in your TORQE account. This way you can always retrace the current status of your order. The production of your bracelet can take a few working days to ensure that everything fits perfectly. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order in the meantime, simply contact our customer service.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation from us and a separate tracking email from DHL – our partner in terms of shipment. The delivery then usually arrives within 1-3 workings days.

How much is the shipping?

Shipping for your TORQE bracelet and all additional items is always free of charge for you. If you have a return of any kind, please contact us for a free return label.

Why is the DHL shipping status not updated?

According to DHL, it can take up to 48 hours for the shipment status to be updated. Experience has shown that this happens particularly often with shipments that we send out on mondays, because these shipments are usually delivered on the following wednesday. If the status of your shipment still hasn't changed after two days, please contact our customer service for help.

What payment options do I have?

We offer the following payment options:

– Payment via Amazon Payments

Please note that we can only send out your order after we have received a full payment. If there are any issues regarding the status of a transaction or other payment issues, you can always contact our customer service.

EXCHANGE & REVOCATION

How does the exchange work?

If the sizing wasn't right with your order, we'll happily exchange the bracelet/strap for another size. Simply contact our customer service via email and name your desired size along with your order number. You'll then receive a return label for free shipping.

Once we've received your return, we'll send out the new size within the same day. Just as with your original order, we'll send out a shipping confirmation with the associated tracking number.

How does the return work?

If you're not happy with your order and want a refund, please contact our customer service via email. You'll then receive a return label for free shipping. Once your return has arrived in our manufactory, we'll refund the amount to the account originally used.

Please note that depending on the the chosen method of payment, the refund can take a few working days to be processed with your bank.

What costs do I incur for a return?

Absolutely none. If you have a return of any kind, we're always happy to handle the shipping for you. Simply contact our customer service for a return label.
