After receiving your return, we’ll exchange it and reship it as quickly as possible at our expense. As with the original order, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking number.

We make each of our products by hand, with passion and diligence, and don't want to dispose of them without reason. Please understand that we cannot take back worn bracelets. Be fair and only return products in their original condition and within the specified period.
