You want to return your order? No problem, here is a short and concise description of how you can easily exchange your order or get a refund.

How does the exchange work?

We will gladly exchange your TORQE product within 30 days.
Please note that we can only exchange unworn products.

1. Contact our customer service regarding your exchange. We will gladly assist you with the right sizing and strap choice. 
2. Send back your order with the free return label our customer service will provide you with and follow the declarations.
3. Wait a few waiting days and receive back your new clasp. strap or bracelet. 

How does the return work ?

You aren't satisfied and want to return your order?

1. Contact our customer service regarding your return. If you want, we are always thankful for a constructive feedback and reasons for your return. 
2. Send back your order with the free return label our customer service will provide you with and follow the declarations.
3. Once we have received your return, we are going to refund you the paid amount to the originally used means of payment.

Cancellation policy

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Fischers Fritze GmbH, Scheidtweilerstr. 79, 50933 Cologne, Germany, info@fischers-fritze.com, telephone: (+49) 221 595 595 60) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or a e-mail) about your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory.

In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from you choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have) to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You will only be responsible for any loss in value of the goods
if this loss in value is due to handling other than what is necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
- Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
