The raw material is loaded into the lathe and machined to the appropriate diameter for further processing. From there it goes into the CNC mill. The threads are cut, the knurling is stamped and the unique shape of the model is worked out.

This is followed by a multi-stage process of granule grinding, which densifies the surface to make it more resistant to scratches.

concentrated energy meets metal

The multi-level compass engraving inside the dock, the seahorse logo gravure on the front of the crown and espacially the unique serial number on its back. It's no longer a clasp - it's yours.

For the true finishing touch, your closure gets a final polish with a drop of metal caring oil.

everything in its place

In the final step, all parts are individually inspected and tested. The locking screws are gently screwed into the dock by hand, the strap is placed in the designated box, the serial number is transferred to the certificate card and placed in the packaging. Everything finds its place in its predicted place and is now on its way to accompany you on your journey.
